Visit NSW

For those of you on your way to Sydney and keen to explore some other areas of the state of New South Wales, let us point you in the right direction. Visit NSW! As you no doubt know, Australia is HUGE! And exploring the whole country can literally take years.

Visit NSW

There are a few well known highlights such as Sydney, Uluru, and the Great Barrier Reef. However there are many lesser known locations, just as impressive and just as beautiful. Particularly if you do have plenty of time and a car, here is where we would start.

Visit NSW have a wonderful website that explores a variety of coastal and mountainous locations with your reach. Their website is full of ideas that range from historic beautiful towns, lesser known attractions, scenic drives, activities, tours, vineyards, farm stays, restaurants and countless other points of interest.

Visit NSW is also part of sydney.com whose website is a great resource to discover Sydney with more depth. So before you head down under or even whilst you are here, check out both websites to help plan and make the most of your time here.

One of our recommendations, if you have the opportunity to do so, is to break up your trip down under into a number of trips. Perhaps over a few years. Our various states are all so different to each other with the common denominator being friendly locals ready to greet you! Visit NSW one year then Queensland on the following trip! Holidays are best not rushed so giving yourself more time in fewer places will allow yourself to fully immerse and experience your destination fully.

And of course, if you would like to have a locals perspective of anything you find, ask us! We are more than happy to offer any advice from our own experiences travelling around NSW. Just sent us an email or give us a ring.
