The Hunter Valley is Australia’s oldest wine growing region. Within a couple of hours from Sydney, it’s a favoutite escape for Sydney locals as well as those from the Central Coast and visitors from around the world. Along with well over 100 wineries, it has also established a great variety of gourmet restaurants, cafe’s, chocolate factories, dairies, cheese factories and olive farms.

Set in the rolling green hills surrounding the Hunter River and affectionately known as Wine Country, the Hunter Valley is a feast for the senses (particularly taste!). Aside from being a foodies dream, the Hunter Valley is rich in early settler history and dotted with historical architecture.
